Phase II Expansion - 2010

Lot 57

Lot 57 rises moderately to the south for some 200 feet and then descends moderately toward Hickman Branch for an additional 150 feet before dropping more sharply. The timber stand on this lot is largely hardwood until the descent toward Hickman Branch steepens, where mixed hardwood and pine give way to the typical stream side cover of laurel, holly and hemlock. This lot offers a view to the southeast that extends down the drainage of Hickman Branch. As is the case with other adjoining lots, the prime building site is within listening of the rush of Hickman Branch which typically runs full in the months of November thru May while gradually drying during the summer months and early fall.
