Phase II Expansion - 2010

Lot 62

Lot 62 is very special. While fronting only 108 feet on Beaten Path, this lot rises gently to the southeast then descends gently toward 595 feet of frontage on Parson’s Branch and 595 feet on Hickman Branch. While Hickman Branch can go dry in a very dry summer, Parson’s Branch runs all year Long. During the winter months, Parson’s Branch represents a true mountain stream with rapids and pools. I consider this the most beautiful piece of land that I have encountered in the Grandview Development. The gentleness of the terrain offers numerous building sites for a primary residence as well as for a guest cottage. The timber stand is largely hardwood with the stream fronts covered by mountain laurel, holly and hemlock along Parson’s Branch and predominately by mountain laurel along Hickman Branch.
