Lot 74 offers extended frontage on Clear Brooks Drive combined with more than 400 feet of frontage on Frederick Creek. A small drain enters Lot 74 in the curve of Clear Brooks Drive. This drain feeds a small depression for several hundred feet on the eastern edge of Lot 74.
