Phase II

Lot 9

Like Lot 2, Lot 9 has just about every desirable quality a lot can have. The lot fronts 775 feet along Brimer Creek and then rises to a very substantial relatively flat area that encompasses most of Lot 9. The lot also is bounded by more than 1,500 feet of the substantial intermittent stream (Alder Branch) that flows to the east. Lot 9 also has almost 2,000 feet of common boundary with Bowater. The land lays beautifully and the forest is the same mixed hardwood and pine including some fairly mature pine and substantial white oak and maple that typify this portion of Grandview Development. Lot 9 does include the southern terminus of the Anderson Pike trail and easement. A woods road, not part of Old Anderson Pike, runs the entire length of the lower ground adjoining Brimer Creek and provides a stunningly beautiful trail on which to walk. Lot 9 will share about 100 feet of entry driveway with Lot 10. Water has been delivered to the far side of Alder Branch and power will be delivered there as well.
